I drew my bow to a good postion, knocking an arrow in its postion. "shes got dark hair, black goth like clothes and has eyees that can turn you insane"

"Hmm" I replied "it's hard to tell by the back of her head" I jumped off the beam, using the air to slow my decent till I made a gracefull and quiet landing on the floor.

I watched on, torren looked... Disturbed to me and I didn't like the way her eyes looked. Reminded me of the evil remnants that inhabited people. I shivered at the thought. I'd had one of those things inside me onece.

I looked away. Those eyes! I noticed I'd subconciosly summoned fire in my hand. I extinguished it quickly. I didn't want to appear a threat.

This girl was unnerving to say the least, but I realised it was a power play. I snapped my fingers and a large fireball appeared, hovering just above my left hand.

I blinked, doing a backflip to get into a classic karate postion. i didnt know what had taken over me as my eyes, the pupils and the rest of it were pitch black, like an abyess

I drew my arrow taunt on the string "torren, what is going on?"

I didn't like this one bit. I adopted a defensive stance, if she attacked I'd fight, but if she didn't I'd do nothing more. No matter how powerful she was she stood no chance. I was over 500 years older than her, so I'd been in a load more fights in my time.

Torrens body began to steam slowly, and her body shook. suddenly she just keeled over, as if a dark spirit just left her.

I rushed over and picked her up when suddenly i heard moaning from the floor far below us

"S***" I cursed, it looked like a remnant to me, or a dark spirit of some sort eithe way, they both liked possessing the most powerful magician in the room, who at the moment just happened to be me. "S*** s*** s***" I repeated almost panicking.

I shot at least a dozen arrows at the vampires, torren just watching us all carefully

I hurled fire at the vampires and pulled my gun out. I checked it was loaded and fired. Generally vampires are too quick for guns but I caught one in the shoulder. It was pure luck not skill.

I noticed the girl disappear "coward" I muttered. I sent a current of air flying at the vampires and knocked one of them over. The other one started to advance towards me.
