"Why you flatter me" I laughed "try 629, I have aged quite well it seems"

I smiled and sat back

"So, what should we do now?" I asked her. I couldn't do everything for her.

"how bout I teach you archery"

"Well you wouldn't be the first to try" I laughed "I'm terrible at it, muh prefer guns, and before that crossbows."

"I can beat you in any archery. Any type, any weapon"

"I don't doubt you, especially with you gifts" I know she knew what I meant "I just don't like bows. To fiddly. I prefer simple pound and shoot." I laughed "I sound more like I'm talking about cameras!"

I laughed with him. "so. What do you do usually?"

"What in my spare time? Teach and read and avoid people who don't like me. When I fight, I prefer to rely more heavily on my magic" I liked answering all possible points of a question so I didn't have to answer questions more than once.

I smiled and nodded "are you married? I mean your old so...."

"I was once" I may have taken on a sadder tone but I don't notice it "I had four sons and three daughters as well" I looked at her. "Your about the same age as my oldest daughter, Ciara"

"oh....I'm sorry" I said and looked down "I didn't mean..."

BIC: "it's fine, you weren't to know" I smiled at her "you have any family, other than your cousin?"

"adopted" I said and sighed "I never knew my real famiy

"Oh... I'm sorry as well" I smiled at her "I have other family but to put it lightly, we don't get on" by that I meant I had been chucked out and distanced by my family. I hadn't gone back since.

I nodded "are all of your kids dead?"

Bic:I nodded "they died, in a fire." It sounded so normal. I didn't mention the war. I didn't mention it was on purpose. I didn't tell her they were heartlessly murdered. I just told her about the fire.

I looked at my hands "fire....so destructive"

I nodded in agreement "not as powerful as water though" I smiled "anyway", I said changing the subject "you had enough of a rest?" My thoughts were still on my old life. I flinched but hoped she didn't notice.

OOC: she has a recurring nightmare that is actually a memory of the fire caused by serpines men (he was a general in the war) and she was saved by someone who took pity on her.

I looked around the gym. "maybe we should sleep, it's been a long day" I said and sighed. "what do you thin@?@

"Fine with me" I was shattered, I'd left Ireland... Two maybe three days ago, and I knew I hadn't slept once. I yawned "so, where should I sleep?" I asked, it was a big place, there was no way I could guess where I was staying.

I led him to a bedroom "right here, I'm across the hall" I said as went to my room and passed out onto the bed

I walked into the room and sat on my bed. Without bothering to change, I left my coat and shoes on, falling almost instantly asleep.
