Re: Edinburgh City

Re: Edinburgh City
I nodded "how bad would it be if this place burnt down? With this many zombies they'd be able to kill a whole town!" I didn't point out the fact that this many zombies must have been sent after us, zombies were never good at coordinating their forces.
Re: Edinburgh City
I gulped as I realized what he meant "we have to burn it" I said quickly

Re: Edinburgh City
I nodded "Yea sorry about that, I'm no more happy doing this than you are" I Summoned fire in my hands, it had been about 16 years since I'd seen a building burn down. Images flashed through my brain and I shook my head as though I was clearing it.
Re: Edinburgh City
I put an explosive arrow in my bow and fired it, hittinga zombie in the head and causing the house to bgin to go in flames. i gasped as i had a flashback...

Re: Edinburgh City
OOC: youngest daughter, she has two older sisters, three older brothers and one little brother. their names were (in age order excl. her) Henry, Jane, Eoin, James, Elisabeth (elsibeth), her and Nathaniel.
BIC: I noticed her shocked expression "What is it?" i asked her pulling her away from the house that was by now up in flames, as gone as the zombies that had been inside it.

Re: Edinburgh City
I hugged her close, i could guess what she was thinking about "Its Ok, I'm here now" i said as I kissed her on the forehead. I didn't want to say it'd get easier for her because I didn't know if it would, it had never improved for me. Maybe it might now I had her.
Re: Edinburgh City
"dad, where was the house?' i asked in a whisper as i held him to comfort my soft tears

Re: Edinburgh City
"ireland" I replied "just outside Dublin, I had it built for me and your mother" I would have inherited the family house, but i didn't mention that. It was a long time ago that I'd had my crest stripped from me, I had my own now but it still hurt. My father had ridiculed me and thrown me out... all I did was point out the error of his ways. He was a cold hearted man, he had to be to chuck me out age 17 without any money or any of my possessions.
Re: Edinburgh City
I nodded "i wish i remembered mom..." i said with a soft sigh as i clung to him
OOC: could part of her moms spirit be in her?

Re: Edinburgh City
OOC: like ghost or just she being very like her mom? Not the ghost thing however, there is a thing called an echo stone in the book where you can imprint a person onto a stone. He'll have one of those
BIC: "You would have liked her, you are both very much alike" I looked at her "she was scottish as well". Her hair had been the same, tangled but with natural grace as it fell over her shoulders and down to her waist. I smiled, I swear that woman had never brushed her hair once in her life.

Re: Edinburgh City
I laughed "Your more like her than I ever imagined, you were more like a mini me when you were three" I smiled back at her "Now your oldest brother, Henry, He WAS just like me." I shook my head "that boy, always had a habit of getting into trouble. He was about 300 when you were born though."
Re: Edinburgh City
I nodded "how many siblings did i have?' i asked as i walked away from the buirning house, towards the neasrby forest

Re: Edinburgh City
"she was a sorcerer" i replied "Completely normal apart from that... well as far as I knew she was. She had ancient magical ancestry, dating back to the first Scottish mages" I liked to talk about her, I hadn't done for a long time. "she was about thirty years younger than me, but when you live for over 500 years, it doesn't seem that much of a gap"
Re: Edinburgh City
"is this why i have fire?" i asked and continued to watch him. "and uh...did she have a curse too?"

Re: Edinburgh City
I nodded, I hated this part "She knew she was doomed to die, and she told me about it, thinking I'd never let her stay. Doing it for MY own safety". It was a riddle, she always knew what it meant. I never accepted it till it was too late.
Re: Edinburgh City
I looked at him, a little shocked. "what curse/' i asked quietly

Re: Edinburgh City
"It was more of a prophecy given to her by a sensitive" i told her sitting down beside her on a rock, one leg tucked to my chest with my arm slung over it, the other just sat normally "She told her that she'd seen a conversation between the two of us about it, a poem that said she'd lose every thing to a fire... I only realised later that it wasn't just everything she owned and loved either. It included her"
Re: Edinburgh City
"but i survived....and you did to. so the curse is incomplete"

Re: Edinburgh City
I shook my head "It wasn't designed to kill us, it was a prophecy to kill her" I sighed "she saw it coming long before I did"
Re: Edinburgh City
I sighed "i wish i would meet her...im supposed tro die at 18...or is iy 180?'
